Signed Forgery Positions

Position 1:   (above central inscription - the distance between the san & ko varies.) Found on 48 mon: brown, 100 mon: blue, 200 mon: vermilion & 500 mon: green.

Position 2: (on either side of top character in central inscription) and Position 3: . (on either side of bottom character in central inscription.) These are extremes of the possible north/south positions. The actual sanko can be found anywhere between these positions as well. Found on 48 mon: brown, 100 mon: blue, 200 mon: vermilion, & 500 mon: green.

Position 4: (below central inscription) Found on 200 mon: vermilion.

Sanko horizontal in color of vignette - Position 1: (at top between the heads of the dragons.) Found on 48 mon: brown, 100 mon: blue, 200 mon: vermilion.

Position 2: (near the center of the dragons) 500 mon: green.

Mozo horizontal: (above central inscription) 48 mon: brown, 100 mon: blue, 200 mon: vermilion.

Mihon horizontal: (on either side of bottom character in central inscription) 48 mon: brown, 100 mon: blue, 200 mon: vermilion, 500 mon: green.
